TARGET GROUP Offshore Coded Welder Training give the welding skills by personnel who want to work by welder as an oil and gas industry.
COURSE AIM The goal of our tailor made Coded Welder Training is to develop in our trainees MMA welding hand skills and knowledge sufficient enough to enable them to successfully pass certification by the classification community in accordance with the ISO 9606/1 standard.
APPROVAL Coded according to ISO 9606/1 standard by Lloyd's Register or other quality approval society by client requirements.
COURSE CONTENTS Offshore Coded welder course covers the following topics: UNIT 1 – Introduction to Welding UNIT 2 – Working Safely UNIT 3 – Welding positions according to DIN EN ISO 6947:
PA flat position - 1F, 1G
PB horizontal vertical position - 2F
PF vertical up position - 3F, 3G
DELEGATE PREREQUISITES
All Welder Training participants shall be medically fit and capable of fully participating;
Medical screening: Completion of a self-declaration of medical fitness form;
At least 18 years old.
COURSE LIMITATIONS The maximum number of learners for the Coded Welder training programme is 5 .
DURATION OF THE TRAINING COURSE The duration of Coded Welder Training Module is 10 days.
