Description of the course
Target group
Training is tailored for maritime professionals responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with health, quality, environmental, and safety standards. This includes managers implementing Integrated Management Systems, auditors specialising in maritime standards, and individuals mastering risk management and strategic analysis in the maritime sector.
Course objectives
After completion of the training, participants will be able to understand and apply quality, environmental, and safety standards such as ISM, ISO, and MLC, recognize the benefits and approaches of Integrated Management Systems, effectively manage risks, utilise strategic analysis tools like PESTLE and SWOT, and proficiently conduct audits in line with ISO 19011 guidelines.

Training approach
Training course is conducted by professional and experienced instructors guiding participants through each module, starting with an introduction, briefing and ending with a debriefing and review. Alongside this, practical tasks are performed in a Learning Management System allowing participants to obtain an individual self-paced approach. With the help of our instructors and real-life tasks, participants learn skills they will actually use in their jobs.
