Objectives of the course
After completion of the training, participants will be able to understand and apply quality, environmental, and safety standards such as ISM, ISO, and MLC, recognize the benefits and approaches of Integrated Management Systems, effectively manage risks, utilise strategic analysis tools like PESTLE and SWOT, and proficiently conduct audits in line with ISO 19011 guidelines.

Alongside this, practical tasks are performed in a Learning Management System allowing participants to obtain an individual self-paced approach. With the help of our instructors and real-life tasks, participants learn skills they will actually use in their jobs.
