Mandatory
To obtain your Seaman’s Book and start the SOLAS course, you must be cleared by a certified Latvian seafarer doctor.
Once completed, please notify the Student Information Centre (SIC) to proceed with your enrollment.
What to do after:
You must present a valid Passport or Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) during your visit.
