The ultimate upgrade. Many seafarers choose to continue their education with our higher education programs to become certified navigational officers.
The highest-ranking unlicensed crew member. You are the foreman of the deck department, managing the ABs and OSs, with a premium rating salary.
The next step after gaining sea time. A fully qualified deck rating responsible for steering the ship, mooring operations, and navigational watch.
Your starting point right after the 6-month training. You will perform basic deck maintenance, learn rigging, and assist the crew while gaining your first real sea experience and a solid starting salary.

Master Practical Deck Skills
Hands-on Deck Practice:
Learn essential maritime skills: mooring operations, rigging, wire splicing, rust chipping, and ship maintenance in our specialized practical workshops.
Steering & Watchkeeping:
You won't just maintain the deck. You will learn the basics of steering the vessel and assisting the Officer of the Watch on our advanced bridge simulators.
Safety & Survival
Intensive practical training in firefighting, sea survival, and first aid. You will be fully STCW-certified and ready for any emergency at sea.
